SATSYS Technology a.s. was founded in 2008 and its main program is the development and manufacture of environmentally harmless thermal insulating and renovation plasters and special mixtures for the building industry, Multisan, Multisan Xtra and ThermoIN.

All products of SATSYS Technology a.s. have outstanding thermal insulation, sound proofing and renovation properties, are non-flammable and environmentally clean without any toxic substances.

The development and manufacture of these products takes place in close collaboration with the faculty of civil engineering of Brno University of Technology.

  • solving issues with damp walling
    Humidity is one of the main problems, especially in masonry houses. The water from the soil beneath the structure, especially with damaged horizontal insulation, creeps up through the walling, damages the plaster systems, reduces the life of the walling and especially impairs its thermal insulation properties. The purpose of the renovation is to achieve permanent and significant reduction of dampness of the walls, above and below the ground. This is achieved by several measures (insertion of horizontal insulation, drainage, etc.), but quality renovation plaster is necessary in any case. Due to their properties, the plasters allow the humidity to escape the walling as water vapour. Therefore, damage of plaster by crystallizing salts does not occur. Due to their permeability they remove humidity from walls up to 4 times faster than normal plasters.
  • how to simply deal with humidity in a house
    Here a consultation with an construction expert with experience with renovation of damp walls is recommended. The expert will suggest suitable measures, which, in combination with renovation plasters, will reliably reduce the dampness of walls in a significant and permanent way. Multisan renovation plaster is among the best products on the construction market. It has an exceptionally high number of air pores (up to 76%), is highly permeable (diffusion opened) and also meets or exceeds other specifications demanded of renovation plasters. Its thermal insulation properties can also contribute to a significant increase of thermal resistance of the masonry and thus save energy for heating the building. Please note that a reduction of wall dampness by 1% can increase its thermal resistance by up to 10%!!!
  • Rehabilitation of dampness in historical buildings
    With the rehabilitation of historical buildings, even more than in other cases, it is necessary to perform a structural-technical survey and, based on this, to design a suitable solution to the dampness of the structure. The rehabilitation solution is usually comprised of several measures (renovation of horizontal insulation, ventilated gaps, drainage, etc.), it is always necessary to use quality renovation plasters. Multisan plaster is one such product. In many parameters it surpasses them – e.g. the number of air pores is up to 76%. An important fact is that in these plasters we replace modern binders (cement) with pozzolana-based binders. These binders are closest to historical binders used in construction in the past. Work with the Multisan renovation plaster is simple, and due to very good adhesion and gripping there is no need to use a renovation base layer and the plaster is applied directly on the clean masonry with gaps, scraped with e.g. a dog iron, to a depth of c. 1-2 cm. A great advantage of the Multisan plaster is that it sets quickly, so after 24 hours you can continue to stucco the surface (renovation or lime stucco) and after 48 hours the surface can be painted with a suitable façade paint that is permeable, i.e. silicon, silicate, or a lime-based façade paint on listed buildings. The speed of work processes and the reduction of process breaks can significantly reduce the reconstruction costs of the building.
